I've worked on everything from low-budget shoots where every penny counts to big productions where the moving parts seem endless. No matter the size of the budget, every job comes with its own surprises, and they always seem to show up at the worst possible moment. But the job stays the same: keep things moving, solve problems before they become headaches, and make sure everyone gets home feeling proud of what we've made.

Over a decade of working on productions around the world has taught me that every location brings its own challenges. The trick is thinking ahead, keeping everyone on the same page, and creating an environment where creatives, clients and crew actually enjoy turning up to work.

Productions can be stressful enough, so I like to think that a calm head and a bit of humour go a long way in making people want to work together again.
